• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The rooms are priced per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A lovely continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, there is central heating throughout the house.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill must be paid in cash (EUROS) upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Dutch, English, French, Spanish, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. A chair-lift to the first floor where the bedrooms are located, makes this Bed-and-Breakfast accessible to persons with a handicap.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are private and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are supplied.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our 'Garden Chalet'is on the grounds of our courtyard.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of our rooms (the 'Goliath') has a lovely balcony.
  The 'Master Suite' has a large balcony, overlooking our garden area.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms are all non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have color cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are no telephones in the rooms. Low cost international telephone calls may be made in our office.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air contitioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a large dining area. Private luncheons, or dinner parties for 15 persons may be arranged with our in-house chef. Cocktail receptions for up to 40 persons may also be held there.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is WIFI throughout the house, or the internet may be used in the mornings in our office.
  
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in our private driveway.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car rental places at the airport, or in the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have private chauffeur service available to and from Schiphol Airport, at the same rate as commercial taxis, only safe and direct.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus n.15 stops at Apollolaan, only 1/2 block away from the house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Railway station Amsterdam Zuid-WTC is the closest railway.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  The canal bus stop may be reached with a short tram ride.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  Tram n.5, and tram n.24, both stop at Stadionweg (corner Beethovenstraat), a short two block walk to the house.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No fitness center on the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome, only with prior approval.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant in the property However, meals may be arranged with our private chef.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You may connect your laptop with our WIFI so that you can surf the Internet from your room.
