    Check in from 14:00 pm.
    Check out before 11:00 am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    American Buffet Breakfast is included in the room price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes the bill can be settled on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Dutch, English, German and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    4 Floors and all floors are accessible by elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The rooms do not have own terrace/courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some double rooms have a balcony (upon request).
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms have a TV with various International channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have a telephone with international direct dial completed with voice mail.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Fresh air is just flowing in from the window.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is an internet point available in the hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Not inside the hotel but public swimming pool is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The reception staff is ready to provide you all the information.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Public paid parking is available in front or in the neighbourhood of the hotel. On Sunday/Public holiday is free parking. A parking garage is only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Reception staff will help you to arrange the car rent. Pick up service can be arranged upon request.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Schiphol airport is about 15 km away.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Airport pickup can be arranged upon request. Public shuttle bus from the airport by Connexxion Bus number 370, 197 and Interliner bus stop at Concergebouwplein, a few minutes walk from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus-stop is Concertgebouwplein.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Amsterdam South Station and Central Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
    The nearest canal bus stop is at the back side of Rijk Museum about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
    1. Tram no. 5 from Central Station: step out at
    Concert Hall/Museumplein. Walk on Van Baerlestreet to
    the same direction where tram 5 is going, and after 3
    blocks turn left to Frans van Mierisstraat.
    2. Take tram 5 from Amsterdam South Station. Step out at
    Concert Hall/Museumplein. On Van Baerlestreet walk to the
    oposite direction where tram 5 is going. After 3 blocks
    turn left to Frans van Mierisstraat.
    3. Take tram 16 from Central Station: step out at
    Museumplein. Few steps walk to Van Baerlestraat and go
    to your left. After 3 blocks turn left to Frans van
    Mierisstraat.

  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is no fitness center in the hotel. The closest one is about 5 minutes by tram. The Reception staff will provide you all the information.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Sorry, pet is not welcomed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is no restaurant in the property but there are numbers of good ones such as Indonesian, Chinese, Thai, Dutch, Italian or Mediterranean around the corner.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, modem connection is available in all rooms.
