• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room or per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in our rate and is not served in Guesthouse. Several breakfast bars are within 50 meters from the house.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. Cash payment prefered. Credt card Payment subject to a surcharge.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Dutch and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors and no lift is present.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, Truelove and Prinsengracht rooms are all non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning in the rooms and apartments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Amsterdam Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is at 10 kilometres from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 2 minutes by foot on the corner of the Prinsengracht and Prinsenstraat.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Amsterdam Railway Station is at 10 minutes by walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  At central station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  Nieuwezijds Kolk by tram number 2, 5, 13, 17, 20.
  This is 5 minutes walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Some rooms have this facility.
