  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday until 1am, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Rates are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are three floors with a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The Bridal Suite has a courtyard and there also are two rooms with a "patio".
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, but only on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, each room is equipped with cable TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is with no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We have a wireless local area network. Guests have also the opportunity to use our laptop (there is an extra charge for it), but guests must have their own wireless card.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    You can park in the street.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At Overtoom or in the city centre.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Schiphol.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Westermarkt.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Amsterdam Central Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
    Westerkerk/Keizersgracht.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
    Westermarkt.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can connect to our WLAN.
