New, small and friendly 't Hotel is located in a canalhouse on a quiet and romantic location, at one of the most beautiful canals in Amsterdam. The 't Hotel, run by Kees Koppenaal, Harry Moerlie and Heleen Sauer, has quickly built itself a name in Amsterdam. Just a few years ago, the Seventeenth century building was completely renovated and transformed into a hotel. It has resulted in a place where guests feel at home right away. The rooms have been tastefully decorated with Thirties-style furniture and breathe a quiet comfortable atmosphere.

As the hotel is
housed in a historic building major structural changes are not allowed, therefore 't hotel has no lift and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible.

In the basement a beautiful new breakfast room was created. Some of the old wood construction, carrying the building, is still visible and is combined with modern elements. Guests can enjoy the artwork on the walls, while having breakfast. The extensive breakfast buffet was praised by Holiday Travel. And on sunny days Thom can be found outside, chatting with people who passby. This is not your regular hotel, it feels more personal and lacks the standard hotel furniture. Many guests return, once they have stayed at the 't Hotel.

't Hotel combines a quiet atmosphere with a central location. You are in the midst of Amsterdam, with Dam Square, Anne Frank House and the Jordaan on walking distance. Still the neighbourhood is peaceful, with hardly any traffic. Tram stops are just a minute away. Line 2 and 5 will take you right to the museums and the rest of Amsterdam.

This is the perfect hide-out for a long weekend in Amsterdam, but professionals who are looking for something different also enjoy their stay at the 't Hotel. Be sure to book on time. Especially the weekends tend to be fully booked months in advance.
