• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and is a continental breakfast (bread/cheese/boiled eggs/juice/tea and coffee).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors in the building and sorry we have no elevator.
  Steep stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are nice and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Not all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all the rooms with TV and all world famous channel are there.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is is not air conditioning but we provide fans in summer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes at the reception and on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No but nearby there is a big public garage in Waterlooplein or you can park the car behind the Canals.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby, ask at the reception desk for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol Airport is 15 to 20 minutes away by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but there is a direct train to Amsterdam Central Station and from there it is easy to reach the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is around the corner: Rembrandtsplein two minutes away walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station is 15 minuts away by foot or 6 minutes away by tram.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  The nearest canal bus stop is City Hall and Rembrandt House. From there it is a 5 minutes walk to the Thorbecke Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  The nearest tram stop is just around the corner: Rembrandtsplein.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but the area is plenty of nice restaurants. Our staff can help you with the reservations.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot but you can use the Internet point at the reception.
