The receptionist was out for shopping. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes. No problem, in general I would have waited in the attached coffee shop but I was in company with a little child which is not allowed to enter the bar - so we got wet due of the rain. ... Other guests complained about the noisy environment while staying at a room towards the street. I enjoyed the crowd in front of my window (Room 11). It was fun watching them all night long! ... I was offered to leave my baggage and pick it up later - good service. ... All information needed is given! Thank you. ... If you want a clean and reasonably priced accomodation close to Leidsplein - go!
