• At what time can we check-in and out?

  Our room rates are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 23 floors and many lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV, in-house movie and pay-TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct dial telephone with voice-mail and automatic wake-up system.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, a full size indoor swimming pool with jet-stream.

  Yes. The 45 minutes are free of charge for hotel and restaurant guests.

  From Schiphol International Airport it takes a fifteen minutes drive to the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?

• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  The nearest stop is Cornelis Troostplein, 50 m far from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, spacious fitness centre with the latest Nautilus equipment, mixed sauna and a ladies sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, massage area, changing rooms with shower facilities and solarium, lounge, professional instructors.

  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
