- At what time can we check-in and out?
Our reception opens at 08.00. The rooms are usually ready between 12.00 and 13.00. It is always possible to leave your luggage at the hotel when arriving early. When checking in later than 22.00, we need to be contacted to make arrangements for the keys. Check out is at 11.00. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price. A buffet breakfast is served from 08.00 am until 09.30 am. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle the bill on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Everybody at reception speaks fluent dutch and english Most people can also speak German and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
One building has three floors the other building has four floors. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are quiet. Some rooms are more romantic than other but can be made romantic with the right state of mind. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The hotel has couryard, which is accessable for all guests. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
The hotel has one room with a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do not have any non smoking rooms in the hotel. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There are colour TV's in all rooms with the main international channels (cnn,bbc,tv5 etc). There is no satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All rooms have a direct dailing telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no air conditioning in the rooms. All rooms are provided with a fan in the summer. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We do not have a internet/e-mail point for guests. But there is a internet cafe nearby. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We do not have a swimming pool in the hotel. - Is parking or garage available?
The hotel does not have private parking facilities. There are park houses in the neighbourhood and the park and Ride facility is in easy reach of the hotel. - Where can we rent a car?
There are several companies in the easy reach of the hotel were you can rent a car. - Which is the nearest airport?
Amsterdam Schiphol. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We do not have a pick-up service from the airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Frederiksplein. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Amsterdam Centraal station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
The nearest canal bus stop is City Hall. This is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
The nearest tram stop is Prinsengracht (Tram 4). This is a two minutes walk from the hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in the hotel, but we like to be notified before arrival. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
It is possible to connect your modem to the telephone in your room.
