  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, it is not.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Dutch, English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The two storeys apartment is on the 1st floor, without lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The maisonette apartment is quiet, private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, the apartment has an outside patio with patio heating and barbeque.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, they do.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, but there is at guests' disposal a renting service for mobile telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.

    No, there is not.

    There is metered car parking along the adjoining canals to Reestraat. The closest garaged parking is at Europarking on Marnixstraat, about 10 minutes walking distance. There is free car parking in Amsterdam North.

    In the city centre.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Schiphol.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Rozengracht, about 2 minutes walking distance.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The Central Railway Station of Amsterdam.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
    Rozengracht, about 2 minutes walking distance.

    Rozengracht, about 2 minutes walking distance.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    In the apartment there is a dining area off the lounge and a large fully fitted kitchen. There is even a private dining club which can be rented for initimate dinner parties or business meetings from 2 up to 12 persons.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. We offer wireless free internet access for laptops and PDA's.
