Parking is not included and costs EUR 40,00 per day. Use of the sport facilities are included. Massages are subject to charge, prices are in the range of EUR 50,00 per hour. City tax is not included in the price and costs 5% of the total room rate.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs EUR 25,00. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellations policy is 2 days prior to arrival without any charges. In case of No Show we will charge 100% of the roomnight. In case of late cancellation we also charge 100% of the roomnight if we are not able to resell the room.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
