No frills, neat, spotlessly clean, extremely helpful staff and very central, easy access to city / food. Tram / taxi outside main door.

really enjoyed our staff really polite and helpful receptionist helped us locate our way rounbd town and provided great tips on where the best places to visit where. brilliant hotel

waited a little bit for the receptionist to sort out our stay but was very apologetic and helpful when things wer sorted out.

On arrival we han no towels and we had to request them twice from reception and on the second day our toilet rolls were taken away but besides that it was a good hotel for the money

There was a lot of damp caused by the sink and shower in the bathroom, and the room and whole hotel seemed to have seen better days.

I would say that it was a basic hotel in a busy and lively part of the city, which as such was relatively fair in terms of cost and facilities.
