They dont have the computers to access the internet in the rooms anymore (which they still advertise as having), which was why I chose to return there.

The receptionist at the arrival was indeed very helpful. We did not like the room allocated for us. One hour later a better one was arranged for us and we were pleased.

For any business or touristic reason if I have to come to Amsterdam I will stay in Hotel Amsterdam- De Roode Leeuw.

i got a larger room with view as requested in my booking which I usually do not get even if i mention that during booking, i believe reception were nice to assist in this matter. except coach was not that clean

it was bit expensive.

Our visit in Amsterdam was very pleasant.
We were satisfied that the hotel Amsterdam was situated in the centre of Amsterdam and all safety routines were good.
Your staff was very kind and ready to help. Your rooms were however small and in the room 419 it smelled tobacco and it was not so nice. Thank you very much
