| Cancellation Policy | |
The cancellations are free of charge 72 hours prior to arrival date, made before 14:00 (2pm) the previous day. In case of no show or late cancellation we charge 100% of the reservation. Please be advised that we cannot accept Visa Electron or Maestro cards as a guarantee. The hotel charge 3% if payment with a credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
