• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No breakfast is not included, although we serve all types of food.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We accept cash upon your arrival for the full amount.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian, Croatian, Dutch, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and we do not have the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are private and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The front rooms have a French balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No there is not.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A paid parking service is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Agencies located close by.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have, but we can make arrangements in advance for taxi service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Central station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  Central station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  Central station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but there is a café.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not at the moment.
