Arrived late and were checked in immediately into a slighty larger room than we were expecting. ... No problems whatsoever. Basically just what I was expecting no more no less. ... Quick and easy. ... Practical, good location, clean and pleasant

Nice, cozy hotel in the centre of Amsterdam, a little old and worn building, but very nice for travellers with a big dog. Highly recommended for Amsterdam-&-Dog lovers ... Doesn't have own parking lot, need to park car out in public street. ... Excellent if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

Good value for money, but a little to far from the old centre. Garden very nice. ... Fast and efficient. Allowed us to leave our bags in reception after check-out. Very good at getting us taxis. ... More details about the Garden, a lovely place to eat breakfast. ... Good value.

The directions to the hotel ended at the Leidesplein tram stop. Some walking directions from the tram stop to the hotel would be helpful. ... The Europa 92 hotel is constrained by being located on a fairly busy street. Had I been aware of this fact, I may have selected another hotel on a more quiet side street. ... clean, small, functional

only problem we had, was 4%charge when using credit card to check-out,it cost us $20usd more then what the rate should be for two nights.your website should let others know to pay in cash to save money at check-out. ... 4%charge if paid for the room by credit card ... clean and spacious

I had a very small room, and quite old compared to the pictures showed on your website. ... Very high price (EUR 99) compared to the geographical situation, the size of the room (10 m2, single bedroom) and the profile of the hotel.
I understand that the Esater period as such as not the best to get cheap prices, but even taking this into consideration, the price was high compared to the offer.
The service was very satisfying though.

We could have taken the tram further and had less of a walk with our luggage in the heat. The #1 tram has a stop one block from the hotel. That would be helpful to put in your directions. Had to ask for directions as we had no directions other than the map once we got off the tram. ... The courtyard was wonderful but the rooms were just ordinary. In the bathroom there was no place to set anything - they could put in some hooks, towel racks, holders for soap and shampoo in the shower, etc. very inexpensively and our satisfaction would have been much greater. ... The staff seldom came around during breakfast to ask if we wanted coffee or other beverage or if we needed refills. Seemed to be nobody around unless you went into the lobby/ reception desk and then you did not know who worked there as they had no uniform on nor did they say 'may we help you'. We had to initiate any conversation or request for something. ... Just ok. The location was good in terms of access to transportation, but my guess is many of the other small hotels in the area are of equal or better quality and service. I would not tell a friend that you HAVE to stay at Europa 92 to have the best experience in Amsterdam.
