• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are quoted per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our rates are exclusive of breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors and yes we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, rooms are overlooking the garden or canal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, none of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non-smoking rooms are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, we do.

  No.

  No private parking. There's a public parking garage close by.

  Schiphol airport, located about 30 minutes from the hotel.

  The nearest bus-stop is Spui, 5 minutes walk.

  Amterdam Central Station. 15 minutes by walk or 5 min by tram.

  The nearest canal bus stop is on the Leidseplein.
