  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm.
    Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you can, but extras like telephone and minibar should still be paid upon check-out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, French, Spanish and of course Dutch.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The building has 6 floors, with the elevator you can reach all floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The hotel has several types of rooms, please inform us with your reservation if you have any special requests like: a quiet inside room or a room with canal view. We also have very spacious Superior rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the rooms on the 4th. and the 5th. floor have small balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes we have some non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes there is a colour TV in the rooms with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Only a few rooms on the 1st. floor do have air conditioning. But in these rooms the windows cannot be opened. The reasonable average temperature in Amsterdam is not requiring air conditioning in the rooms.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, all rooms have an internet connection point. In the lobby we have a computer to check your e-mail.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Not at the property, but only 10 minutes from the hotel you can fnd a public swimming pool, which is open daily.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, just 300 meters from the hotel is a garage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The reception can help you if you want to rent a car.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Amsterdam Schiphol is the nearest airport it is only 30 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At the Leidseplein, just around the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The Central Station (CS), by tram 1-2 or 5 is only 10 minutes from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
    The nearest canal bus stop is at the Leidseplein only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
    Just in front of the hotel you find the nearest tram stop - n. 1, 2 and 5 - the stop is called: 'Prinsengracht'.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not in the property, but at the Leidseplein only 5 minutes walk.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes small pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes restaurant 'De Prinsenkelder', with an excellent International cuisine, is in the property and open for dinner. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes you can, but you have to have your own provider.
