Comfortable hotel (bed,convenince of bathroom furniture etc) and convenient for my purpose - attending a conference at the Okura Hotel. My only gripe was that the breakfast was the same every morning and had a very limited choice. Only hot breakfast was a boiled egg - I felt they could have provided at least scrambled egg, bacon slices and perhaps sausages.

This hotel was in an excellent, quiet location with good access to the central area and resturants 2 mins walk away. The staff were very helpful and our every need was either provided or catered for.

You will realise that I was disappointed. The general feeling was of a lack-lustre performance, even for a *** hotel. The staff were less than enthusiastic and the hotel itself looked rather poor and basic for the price paid.
