  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

    The price is per room.

    Breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    The central heating is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak Dutch, English and German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The room is on the ground floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    There is a private room with a romantic athmosphere in a small street.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    The linens and towles are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There is no terrace or garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    There is no balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do, the room is a non smoking room.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a television with a cable connection. We have around 40 channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is no telephone in the room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is no air conditioning in the room.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    There is a small dining table in the room for two people.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is a computer with an Internet connection in the room. We have also wireless Internet.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is no private swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is available on the street at an extra charge. A garage is just 5 minutes walk from our location.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are a lot of rent a car locations in the city.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Schiphol airport is the nearest.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Nearest bus and tram stop is just 500 meters from our location.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Amsterdam central station is the nearest railway station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
    The nearest canal bus stop is at "The Anna Frank Museum".
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
    The nearest tram stop is at Westermarkt.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is no fitness center in the property.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry they are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is no restaurant in the property.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    We have a broadband Internet connection for a network adapter. There is also a wireless connection.
