- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Rates are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
All rates include breakfast and taxes. We offer a Continental Breakfast to all our guests. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, at our hotel all payments are at arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
At the reception our staff speaks the following languages: English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Portugese. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
In our hotel we have 5 floors, we have an elevator next to the hotel reception. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We have quiet, romantic rooms. We suggest you to book the family room which can be prepared for a romantic break. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
All rooms have a window. Larger rooms have balcony access(Family rooms). - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Only the Family rooms. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All our rooms are smoking rooms. On request we can prepare the rooms to be non-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All rooms have television, you can find the following international channels: RAI UNO, CNN, BBC 1 and 2, National Geographic. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All the rooms have direct dial telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Our hotel does not have any air conditioning facilities. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, you can find Internet access at a 2 minutes walking distance. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, we do not. - Is parking or garage available?
We offer 10% discount for the nearby Public Parking Facilities. We recommend to ask our staff in advance for parking availability. - Where can we rent a car?
In order to rent a car you can take the tram no.2 that leads you in 5 minutes to the Overtoom. - Which is the nearest airport?
Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Amsterdam Central Station, at 5 minutes walking distance. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Central Station, at 5 minutes walking distance. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
The nearest canal bus stop is in Central Station at 800 meters (5 minutes walking) from the hotel. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
It is at Damrak, 5 minutes walking distance. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, you can find one at a 3 minutes walking distance. - Are pets welcome?
No, they are not. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
