• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are quoted per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our rates are exclusive of our à la Carte breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors and yes we do have two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, rooms are overlooking the courtyard, the garden or have a city view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms on the first floor are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, THECOLLEGEHOTEL is fully-airconditioned. Free of charge during the whole year around.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we provide wireless internet and have a room-service laptop available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have 10 parking spaces available (with extra charge).

  You can ask to our concierge desk.
