Where We Are

The Raamgracht 1 and 2 apartments are situated on the Raamgracht that is a very quiet canal without traffic passing by, although it is only steps away from the crowded city centre. The area offers plenty of possibilities to enjoy yourself, in fact we are close to many restaurants, museums, night life, theatres, cinemas and much more.

How To Reach Us

Walking directions from the Central station:
Exit the station direction centre. Walk on your left hand side to the Prins Hendrik kade. Turn right after 100 meters onto the Gelderse Kade. Cross the Nieuwmarkt Square and continue on the Kloveniersburgwal. Within three hundred meters on the left side you will find the Raamgracht.

From Schiphol Airport:
- by taxi it will take about a half-hour (to avoid possible confusion please mention that the Raamgracht is near the Newmarket and Rembrandts Plein as the Raamstraat is in a different area)
- you can also take the train to the Central station and then take the metro to the Nieuwmarkt station. Any Metro departing from the Metro terminal at Central station will stop at Nieuwmarkt. Make sure you get out of the station from the side marked 'Oude Hoogstraat/ Snoekjessteeg.' When you get to the street level, you find a narrow alley immediately on your left, it is almost like a corridor and it is called 'Zuiderkerkhof'. It gets you to the square next to the South Church. Walk straight across the square with the church on your right side and enter another alley (the Moddermolenstraat). Turn right on the corner with the canal. This is the Raamgracht. Walk on for about 50 meters and you have found nr 23.

By Car:
A10 ring Amsterdam follow the direction OOST, ZUID or NOORD and look for exit S 112 (Duivendrecht). Take S112, turn left at the traffic lights and follow the direction Centrum. After 1 km, at the roundabout, turn right at the sign Centrum into the Wibautstraat, later named Weesperstraat. Follow this broad street for about 3 km till you reach a second roundabout. Follow the roundabout and turn right after the white twin tower church. Drive along the Waterlooplein/City Hall/Opera building. Turn right after the bridge and follow the river Amstel. After 200 metres turn right on the next bridge and cross the Amstel again. You are now on the Kloveniersburgwal, turn right at the first canal to your right (this is the Raamgacht) continue until the end, here you turn left over the bridge and continue the canal on the other side until you reach n.23.
