• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: 12:00 - 22:00 pm (you are kindly requested to communicate late arrivals). Check Out before 11:00am.
  
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  Our varied buffet breakfast includes beverages, cereals and milk, yogurt, fruit, toast and jam, ham and cheese. You can enjoy your breakfast with an amazing view of Vondel Park, one of the biggest parks in Amsterdam.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors with stairs and lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our hotel is quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms with terrace are not available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, rooms with balcony are available.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms available in hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms are with TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, with direct dialling line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, air conditioning is not necessary in Amsterdam.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, Internet Point available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Public pay parking around the hotel, Sundays free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Central Station of Amsterdam.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol 20 minutes away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the Schiphol Connexion Shuttle stop in the front of hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  De Lairessestraat.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station about 15 minutes.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  Leidseplein.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  Valeriusplein (2 minutes walking).
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not a Fitness Center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant in the Hotel, only a Breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
