No problems at all finding the way to Boogard´s, good instructions.

We took a bus from the airport with Connexion, right at our hotel.

Thier hospitality,help in any needs I had for directions, more than that they try hard to anticipate and help the visitor needs.
I was not aware of transport strike, they ordered taxi 2 days before strike to eliminate last moment problems. I FELT BETTER THEN AT HOME.

I allready recommended the place to several friend as a place where you get more than you could ever expect from a regular hotel.
The warmth,individual help and feeling of touch with local dutch people of AMSTERDAM,
their place was one of the high lights of my visit, and I spoke with several of my neighbors and they felt the same. Next time in Amsterdam I will try to get a place there before checking hotels.

There was an initial mix up as the original apartment had some problems...the number was unobtainable and I did get a bit worried. Contacted Head Office and a very helpful person sorted it straight away. We loved the house we got and would recommend it.

Good Location, clean, the breakfast bits and pieces were a bonus....the house was very warm and cosy with lots of finishing touches that you do not often find. We loved it!

DId not know that he only takes cash. A bit of a problem at checkout as we were short the total amount due in cash.

Very intimate and lovely, inexpensive, and close to all the art museums and Vondelpark. Very 'homey' but still private.

My aunt was a bit surprised with the narrow steps leading up to the house. She was afraid of falling.

Wonderful! I'll use Boogaards the next time I'm in Amsterdam and will recommend it to friends. I wish we had stayed longer!

There are a lot of narrow steps to the top rooms. Not a problem if you're young (and someone helped with the luggage) but the elderly/disabled should abstain.

Very informative for 1st time visit to Amsterdam.
When I received the initial offer I thought we had a private bathroom. This was not stated in the voucher and I have unfortunately deleted the original E Mail - this may have been my mistake and is not a problem although this may have influenced our decision to stay. However, no regrets!

First impressions of the outside can be deceiving. Looks like a private residence from the outside.
Shared bathroom may not be for everyone (incuding myself) but was no problem during visit.
