• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full Dutch breakfast is included in Pug and the Jack Russell rooms rates. The apartment and the Boxer and Dalmatian rooms are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Dutch and Polish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide all linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a rooftop terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with DVD players
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. Every room is equipped with a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes all rooms have air conditining and is included in price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, wireless WLAN and dial-up.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On the corner there is an Avis rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Leidseplein.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Amsterdam central Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  One block away, at 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  One block away, at Leidseplein.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
