• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 01.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included. Our big healthy breakfast includes: cereals, orange/applejuice and all kinds of Dutch specialities.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Dutchand German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four floors, the rooms are from the first to the top. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.Only large windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, some have street view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with major international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on common area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, is avaible at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many places nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol Airport is 25 minutes away by taxi or train.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The number 15 at Churchillaan.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Station RAI 10 minutes by tram.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  On Amstel 5 minutes by walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  You can take number 25, 24, 16, 3 and 12.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We provide wireless internet acces.
