• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in from 12.00 to 18.00. In case of late check in please inform reception in advance.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We expect payment on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Dutch and Chinese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has three floors, unfortunately we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms at the rear of the hotel have balconies with a relaxing view lovely for warm summer evenings.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have T.V with standard cable.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The closest is at Stadion plein (5-10 mins w/tram).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Hobbemastraat.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  The canal bus stop stops at the Rijksmuseum, you walk under it then turn right the P.C. Hooftstraat is the 3rd street on your left.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  From Central Station take tram 2 or 5 to Hobbemastraat walk back the way you came, the P.C Hooftstraat is the first on your left.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
