- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday. It is possible to check in 24 hours a day. (For check ins after midnight, the guests should ring at the door bell). Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The buffet breakfast is included in the accommodation rate. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German, a little of Italian and Slavic languages. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are three floors and, unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
There are quiet, private, romantic rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Unfortunately the accommodations do not have a terrace or a courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Unfortunately they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do not have separated rooms hold for the non-smokers, but we will try our best to refresh the rooms properly before the guests' arrival, of course. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a TV in the rooms and there are international channels (satellite TV). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

We have Internet/e-mail sevices by the reception. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
We do not have our own parking facility. - Where can we rent a car?
There are lot of car rental companies in the neighbourhood. - Which is the nearest airport?
Schiphol. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but we can order it. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Dam square or Westermarkt. - Which is the nearest railway station?

No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, but we would like to be informed about their arrival in advance. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, during the daytime. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
