  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In before 2pm or after 6pm, we need to be called upon arrival, Check Out before 11am.
    Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, a cereals and fresh milk breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, payment must be made on arrival, cash only.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and Dutch.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Both rooms are on the ground floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, both our two rooms are very romantic and one has canal view.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, we provide them
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, there is a cosy courtyard for the garden room.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    There is a balcony but it is not in the room. Guests can use the courtyard.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Both rooms are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there is not. But there is either a kitchen area where you can prepare snacks, or a fridge where you can store drinks and snacks etc.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, but there is a internet cafe just around the corner.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, but you can park in the street with a parking ticket.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Overtoom Street.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Schipol.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    We advice all our guests that it is much better to take the tram.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Lelylaan Station.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
    There is one in singelgracht (20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tram).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
    There is one 5 minutes walk, Overtoomsesluis.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but there are very nice restaurants nearby.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
