as its main theme. The work of photographers is constantly on display at this
exhibition space, featuring Magnum and new artists, and there also workshops for
people interested in learning and a black and white developing room that can be
hired if you are a photography fan.

Gelink Gallery
Many new artists that quickly conquered the Dutch
art scene have seen their professional birth at this gallery opened in 2000 in
the Jordaan district. Space and light seem to be the formula at this place created
by Annet Gelink, one of the former owners of Bloom Gallery, and designed on the
project by Alicia Framis. Among the notable names on exhibition, you should check
for Mat Collishaw, Ed van der Elsken and Kiki Lamers. In order to renew its staff
of prestigious new artists, the gallery has great connections with workshops in
the city and has its own project space, The Bakery, where the careers of upcoming
masters is promoted.

The totally modern façade
of this space focused on promoting Dutch architecture will surely captivate you
due to its peculiar shape, perfectly visible between NEMO and the Maritime Museum.
The 'Architecture Centrum Amsterdam' is constantly organising tours, forums, lectures
and exhibitions on new architecture techniques and trends, as well as urban developments.
Apart from this, the presentation "Arcam Panorama" shows the evolution
of local building from the year 800 to nowadays.

All sorts of art creations, by known names as well as upcoming
ones, can be found at this gallery in the Pijp district. Among the established
figures, have a look at the works by Marlene Dumas, Rob Scholte and Rob Birza,
but don`t miss the work by younger artists, such as Ottograph for example. Every
now and then the gallery`s neighbour, Heineken, sponsors certain openings, that
have become a tradition in Amsterdam.

Clement
A totally modern, sophisticated print house, this gallery is located right
in front of a canal, in a picturesque adventure that begins way before entering
the building. Clement began as a printing studio in 1958, but nowadays it works
as a gallery where drawings and paintings are also on display. Among the amazing
collection housed here, you will find pieces by Penck, Sierhuis, Lucebert, Mira
and Cremer. Once you have admired them, visit the shop and the famous workshop
at the back of the house.

Collection d'Art
This
gallery of contemporary art is one of the most prestigious in Amsterdam, originally
founded as a school gallery in 1969. Here you will not only find pieces by Dutch
artists, but also by Germans (Georg Baselitz, Markus Lüpertz).

This Centre of Contemporary Art in Amsterdam can have an
apple as its logo, but it is considered an institution in the city, as it was
one of the first galleries in the country to show video art and promote it as
one of the new trends. The development of new artists is also stimulated and there

The cosmopolitan and dynamic spirit of Amsterdam is
reflected inside this waterfront warehouse where new artists are welcome both
to work or display their creations. The gallery presents 250 square metres of
