• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All rates are in Euros per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, all guests are required to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, quiet rooms with private garden terrace are available upon request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms on the ground floor have private terrace overlooking the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony overlooking the garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a direct dial phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Hotel provides with Wi-Fi access free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No swimming pool is available with the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Guests may park a car next to the hotel. Please note costs for a day parking - 12.00 euro per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearest car rental is within 10 min walk from the hotel - Hertz.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amsterdam International Airport Schiphol is 18 km away from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Hotel has a shuttle bus service from and to the airport. One way fare is 12.00 euro per adult. The bus runs every 30 minutes and stops directly by the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearest tram stop is 20 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nearest railway station "Lelylaan" is 3 km. away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  The nearest canal stop is at the Museum square - around 1.5 km from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  Tram nr. 2 stops 20 meters away from the hotel. If you arrive to Amsterdam Central Station, take tram Nr. 2 and within 20 minutes you will arrive directly to the hotel. The tram stop is called Emmastraat.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are allowed upon request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Hotel offers Wi-Fi connection, which is available in all the rooms.
