- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Dutch, English, Italian, German, Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The larger buildings have 3 floors and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes there are quiet, private and romantic rooms. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provide and are also included in the price. For guests staying longer then a week, both linens and towels are renewed every week. This is also include in the rental price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Many of the apartments have an outdoor courtyard or roof terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some of the apartments have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There are TV's in all the apartments and yes we offer international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There are no telephone in the apartments. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Most of the apartments do not offer airconditioning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
All apartments offer at least one dining room with up to 8 seats. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
All apartments offers wireless internet connestion. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a swimming pool close to the apartments. - Is parking or garage available?
There is parking facilities close to the apartments. - Where can we rent a car?
There are car rental agencies close to the apartments. - Which is the nearest airport?
Schiphol / Amsterdam airport at about 10 km distance. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes we have pcikup servcie from and to the airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Amsterdam central station. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Amsterdam central station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
The Anne Frank stop on the Prinsengracht, which is only a few minutes walk from the furthest apartments. Some of the apartments are in front of the Anne Frank stop. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
Eiether the central station, Marnix street or Rozengracht stops, which are all only a few minutes walk from the furthest apartments. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is no fitness center in the property, but several fitness centers close by. - Are pets welcome?
Yes. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but many restaurants in the area. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes.
