The Hosts of Amsterdam Centre B&B were absolutely wonderful! We were greeted upon arrival prior to ringing the doorbell, so she was waiting for us.

The price was reasonable and location couldn't have been better. The Self-catering Apartment was extraordinary and we had everything that we needed.

Breathtaking Self-catering Apartment within walking distance from Central Station, so it is very convenient. Very pleasant view... Close enough to everything to navigate on foot & close enough to take a Tram if needed. Very Pleasant Hosts and the price is affordable. In Short; Lovely!

We arrived later than expected, but Monique stayed up to welcome us. She showed us up to the studio apartment where a fruit basket, beer, and wine was waiting for us. She also had tourist books and maps avaliable in the apartment that were very helpful.

We stayed in the studio apartment, which is not listed on the website. However, the apartment was more than expected. It was one of the most clean places I have ever stayed. The accomodations were wonderful. The bathroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. The decorations were very modern and VERY clean.

We needed a place to store our bags until we left for the airport and they provided space. They were also there to wish us goodbye and safe traveling.

The studio apartment was perfect. It is very spacious and decorated very nicely. The heat was easy to work, and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. Amsterdam Centre is centrally located. The Anne Frank House is very close in walking distance and the Dam Square is not too far either. Central station is just a few steps away, so it is easy to get to the tram stops and the airport. Also, the nearby streets offer great restaurants and shopping!

We were happy with the accom. and location of the B and B. We did find it a little noisy when the owners were preparing or having dinner on the floor above.

The pictures (as with all accom.) were better looking than the actual. The place was smaller than what appeared. The self serve breakfast was great and the little extras (eg. champaigne, fruit etc.) were very nice.

The room is in the basement which is ok but the windows are high up with little light getting in. The private entrance is very nice.

As good a value as you are going to get in Amsterdam. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Good location.

We could check in earlyer and check out later than stated in our voucher. That gave us nearly an extra day in Amsterdam, that was much appreciated.

Our hosts came out to meet us, showed us around and explained things. They were most helpful and very kind, we felt welcome! We talked to them several other times. A very likeable couple! :-)

We loved the apartments! The lower one was great for my parents, being chillier in the summer warmth than the upper one and with very few stair steps. The upper apartment was excellent! Very spacious, completely renovated and with everything you could wish for of facilities. And the location was perfect too, close to both Centraal Station and the city center itself. We would love to stay there another time!

Our hosts came to say goodbye before they left for work and they got one set of keys back. The other key was given to his mother when we left. It worked out well.

I would definitely recommend staying there, it is just lovely and very close to everything. And cheap in regards to all the facilities of the apartments!

The accommodation was lovely - modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable, with little extras to make us feel welcome. It was in a very good situation,:near to the station, walking distance to everywhere but quiet at night.
The proprietors were lovely, kind, friendly people who made us as welcome as if we were old friends. I can't imagine staying anywhere nicer.

Monique was extremely helpful and very friendly, offering lots of advice and insights into the area around the B&B. Monique went out of her way to ensure we felt right at home on arrival and helped us settle in, and allowed us early entry into the apartment due to it nbeing available as our flight landed early in the morning.

Had a fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment. Fridge was stocked with food and drink and replenished on a daily basis.

After calling the B & B to inform them that our flight was delayed and we would be arriving later in the evening we were met and escorted to the accomodation. The owners were most helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Champagne,fruit and chocolates were supplied on our arrival. The small kitchenette was stocked with all the necessary appliances and food to make breakfast.

THE MASSINIS ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE, AS ALL DUTCH PEOPLE THAT WE'VE ENCOUNTERED.WE LOVED THE BREAKFAST TOO.MR MASSINI EVEN BROUGHT US TO THE AIRPORT AT ALMOST HALF THE PRICE IF YOU WOULD TAKE A CAB OR AIRPORT SHUTTLE. We were expecting 'bed and breakfast', but no breakfast was provided. The owner did however provide us with some supplies.

The owner allowed us to check out at 5 pm rather than the usual 12 noon, as we had a late flight. This enabled us to get a full day's activities in Amsterdam and have a shower before our ling flight home. It was much appreciated.

We were very tired , as the flight was late and the luggage arrived late ...but it was eonugh one smile from Monique , that everything was perfect!!!!She and her husband, great Edward, explained us how to reach the most interesting places and gave many advices where to eat ot just make shopping....it was like having our own friends in another country!

The apartment was quite, near you could find all the facilities :the supermarket, the station, the tram and bus stops, the bakery, the pub, the restaurant and in few minutes you could find the 'life'.In the apartment you can find all you need to perfectly stay there

Even it was early in the morning, Edward and Monique were there to say goodbye to us , to kiss us three times ( as dutch usually do) and to wish us a good flight.We were sad to leave our nice friends!!!!

Their policy is for guests to pay in cash the
full amount upon arrival. I was a little
concerned that nothing was holding our
reservation but there were no problems at all
and the studio was nicer than we expected.
Very nice in fact. And the owners are very
friendly. They helped us with directions and
recommended a few sites and restaurants as
well. We were very pleased and highly
recommend this appartment.

The only 'issue' was that the fridge was not
restocked the second day so we had to go out
for breakfast instead of eating something in
the room. But we likely would have done that
anyway so it wasn't a problem. We never asked
for a restock so it may have been available
and we just didn't know.

My partner and I were made very welocme upon our arrival and immediatley felt at home at the B&B.
Our host(s) both acquainted themselves with us and responded immediately to any concerns and or problems.

The outstanding location and its proximity to the heart of Amsterdam / transport was ideal for our stay. Having our own entrance/ security access to the B&B really made it feel like a home away from home, enabling us to come and go freely and not have to hand over a room key to an unresponsive concierge/receptionist. We both loved the compactness of the B&B and the fact that our hosts provided a variety of consumables that suited are Australian taste buds yet also assisted us savouring the local cuisine.
We adjusted to the not flushing of toilet paper (due to the Plumbing restrictions) and we werent particularly bothered by the upstairs noises.
The B&B is in a quiet area and the ' Dutch partying noises' didnt filter through
to our home which my partner really loved.
We would definitely recommend other travellers to stay at the B&B - and we ourselves would consider revisiting with the
B&B.

They should get get a curtain or door in the shower.
The entrance door is difficult to open and close. But a big plus that you don't need a key (they use a code).
