• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  Please write the timetable of check-in at the moment of the reservation.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per two persons (it's possible add a bed with extra fee).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, as well as the daily fresh provided beverages, snacks, fruits, etc.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heathing is included (individual climate control per room, floor heating in bathroom).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Amsterdam Centre B&B is located in the historical souterrain of the building. There is no elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Amsterdam Centre B&B has its own historical entrance that is separated from the street by a sun-shaped railing that is typical for the old Amsterdam houses.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We prefer it if guests do not smoke in the B&B.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, the apartment has a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone connections.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no seperate air conditioning in the B&B. Fresh air is just flowing in from the window.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The B&B has no separate dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is no internet/e-mail point in the B&B. Around the corner there are several internet shops/cafes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are several swimmingpools in Amsterdam. We will be happy to provide information on the nearest pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Paid parking is available in front of the B&B. Several car parks are also close like near the Central Station. We will be happy to send you an overview of the different car parks.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We will help you to arrange the car rent. Pick up service can be arranged upon request.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schiphol International Airport is only 15 km (10 miles) from the B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  You can take the train from the aiport to Amsterdam Central Station and from take a 3 minute walk to our B&B apartment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is on the corner; all other busses depart from/arrive at the Central Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Central Station is on a 3 minute walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the canal bus stop?
  All canal busses depart from Central Station. The Water Taxi and Museum Boat taxi pass the canals at the corner of the Amsterdam Centre Apartment.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the tram stop?
  All trams depart from/arrive at the Central Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are several fitness centres on walking distance.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a huge variety of restaurants in the neighbourhood.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no internet connection in the B&B.
