  Price is per room per night.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Dutch, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are private and our canal view rooms are very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free of charge public parking spaces for cars as well as busses.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Amsterdam Central Railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Schipol Airport, 30 km far from the Botel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is a free ferry connection to and from Amsterdam Central Station, and a free shuttle bus to and from the Amstel Botel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Amsterdam Central Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a cosy bar that offers some light meals.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
